One annual fee, based on students enrolled
The fee is based on the total students enrolled across Year 12 and Year 13, using last year's figures or your Target Intake (PAN). A new sixth form, or a provider with Year 12 only, is priced on its Year 12 cohort. We invoice each April. Every feature is in every tier, with no setup fee, training charge or add-ons for the live features. All prices exclude VAT.
Pricing tiers
Pricing for groups of schools
Each school stays on its own band, set by its own student numbers. We then take a percentage off the combined fee. It applies to multi-academy trusts, federations and local authority or borough partnerships.
| Schools in the group | Discount |
|---|---|
| 2 to 3 schools | 10% |
| 4 to 6 schools | 15% |
| 7 or more schools | 20% |
Worked example
4 schools, each on the Growth band.
4 × £995 = £3,980
Less 15%: £3,383 a year, excluding VAT.
One invoice
The trust or council receives a single invoice for every school, each April.
Switching credit stacks
If your schools are moving from another provider, the 20% transition credit comes off the discounted total in year one. From year two you pay the trust price.
Trust portal included
Every group gets a trust portal at no extra cost. It has a dashboard across your schools, staff management and cross-school exports.
How much time would it save?
Move the slider to your enrolment figure. The estimate uses fixed assumptions, stated below, so you can check the arithmetic.
Your tier: Growth. Assumes 27 minutes of staff time and 8 manual emails per student per admissions cycle, based on the admin P16 replaces at Brampton Manor Academy. Your own figures will differ.
Switching from another platform
If you are leaving a system, the move should not cost you twice.
20% first-year transition credit
For schools part-way through a contract with another supplier, or with overlapping costs in the year they move, we take 20% off the first year.
Free data migration
We move your existing records across at no charge, so you start the cycle with your data already in place.
Bursary bundle discount
16 to 19 bursary management is handled by our partner site, myBursary. It pairs with P16, and schools that take both get a bundle discount.
